CHAP. 398.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Agnes K. Capron. May 12, 1900. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theAgnes K. Capron.Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Agnes K. Capron, widow of Allyn Capron, late captain, First Regiment United States Artillery, and pay her a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving, and two dollars per month additional on account of each of the minor children of said Allyn Capron until they reach the age of six-teen years.
