CHAP. 377.— An Act Restoring to the pension roll the name of Francis H. Staples. May 5, 1900. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Francis H. Staples.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to restore to the pension roll the name of Francis H. Staples, late of Company E, Eighth Regiment Vermont Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at such rate as his disabilities, heretofore shown to have originated in the service, may entitle him to. Approved, May 5, 1900.
