CHAP. 375.— An Act To correct the military record of William Elkert. February 15, 1901. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, William Elkert.Granted honorable discharge. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to set aside the findings of the court-martial in the case of William Elkert, late of Company H, Forty-fifth Wisconsin Infantry Volunteers, and to grant to said William Elkert an honorable discharge from said company and regiment: *Proviso*.No pay, etc.*Provided*, That no pay, bounty, or other emolument shall become due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act.
