CHAP. 366.— An Act For the relief of Brevet Colonel Thomas P. O’Reilly. February 12, 1901. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the President of the Thomas P. O’Reilly.May be placed on retired list of Army.United States be, and he is hereby, authorized to appoint Thomas P. O'Reilly, late second lieutenant in the Twenty-second Infantry of the Army, a second lieutenant in the Army, and to place him upon the retired list of the Army in his late grade, the retired list being thereby increased in number to that extent. Approved, February 12, 1901.
