CHAP. 356.— An Act Granting a pension to Eleanor McDevitt. May 5, 1900. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of tin United States of America in Congress assembled*, Eleanor McDevitt.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Eleanor McDevitt, widow of Frank McDevitt, late scout with the Twenty-fifth Regiment Missouri Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, May 5, 1900.
