CHAP. 356.— An Act To authorize the purchase of a steam launch for use in the customs collection district of Galveston, Texas. February 12, 1901. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Galveston, Tex.Steam launch authorized for use at. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized to purchase, after procuring784 bids in accordance with the provisions of law appertaining thereto, at an expense not to exceed in the aggregate the sum of three thousand dollars, payable out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated. a steam launch suitable for use in the customs collection district of Galveston, Texas.
