CHAP. 350.— An Act Granting a pension to Mary McCarthy. May 5, 1900. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theMary McCarthy.Pension. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roil, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary McCarthy, dependent mother of John E. McCarthy, late of the Sixth Company, First Battalion, New York Volunteer Sharpshooters, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, May 5, 1900.
