March 8, 1900. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Maj. Gen. E. O. C. Ord. Removal of remains of. That the health officer of the District of Columbia be, and he is hereby, authorized to issue a permit for the removal of the remains of the late Major-General E.
