CHAP. 343.— An Act To supplement and amend the Act entitled “An Act to incorporate the North River Bridge Company and to authorize the construction of a bridge and approaches at New York City across the Hudson River, to regulate commerce in and over such bridge between the States of New York and New Jersey, and to establish such bridge a military and post road,” approved July eleventh, eighteen hundred and ninety. February 8, 1901. *Be it enacted by the Senate and. House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, North River Bridge Company’s bridge across Hudson River at New York.
Time extended for completion. Vol. 26, p. 268. That section two of the Act entitled “An Act to incorporate the North River Bridge Company and to authorize the construction of a bridge and approaches at New York City across the Hudson River, to regulate commerce in and over such bridge between the States of New York and New Jersey, and to establish such bridge a military and post road,” be, and the same is hereby, so supplemented and amended as to extend the time, for the completion of the construction of the bridge by the said Act authorized until the first day of January, in the year of our Lord nineteen hundred and twelve.
