CHAP. 327.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Smith Thompson. February 7, 1901. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Smith Thompson.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name Smith Thompson, late of Company D, Fourteenth Regiment Iowa Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty-six dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, February 7, 1901.
