CHAP. 321.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Leonhart Miller. February 7, 1901. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Phebe Tate.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Phebe Tate, widow of Thomas Tate, late first lieutenant Company I, Third Regiment Michigan Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of seventeen dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, February 7, 1901.
