CHAP. 304.— An Act Granting a pension to John S. Dukate. April 23, 1900. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, John S. Dukate.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws the name of John S. Dukate, late assistant surgeon, Fifty-third Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of seventeen dollars per month. Approved, April 23, 1900.
