CHAP. 300.— An Act Granting a pension to Elizabeth Hendricks. February 7, 1901. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Elizabeth Hendricks.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Elizabeth Hendricks, widow of Isaac Hendricks, late of Company I, Sixty-second Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, February 7, 1901.
