CHAP. 291.— An Act Restoring to the pension roll the name of Annie A. Gibson. April 23, 1900. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theAnnie A. Gibson.Pension. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to restore to the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Annie A. Gibson, widow of James Walters, of Company E, Thirty-eighth Regiment Massachusetts Volunteers, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, April 23, 1900.
