CHAP. 29.— An Act Granting a pension to Emma R. Rusling. January 14, 1901. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Emma R. Rusling.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of pension laws, the name of Emma R. Rusling, widow of William J. Rusling, late first lieutenant Company I, Fifth Regiment New Jersey Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of seventeen dollars per month. Approved, January 14, 1901.
