CHAP. 285.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Frederick Higgins. April 23, 1900. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Frederick Higgins.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Frederick Higgins, late of Company G, Thirty-first Regiment Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-five dollars per month in lieu of that be is now receiving.
