CHAP. 283.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Henry Frank. April 23, 1900. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theHenry Frank.Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension roll, subject otherwise to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Henry Frank, late of Company G, Thirty-ninth Regiment of Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of fifteen dollars per month in lieu of the pension he is now receiving. Approved, April 23, 1900.
