CHAP. 270.— An Act Granting a pension to Mary Black. February 7, 1901. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Mary Black.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pen-1687sion laws, the name of Mary Black, widow of Samuel C. Black, late of Captain Allen’s company of Georgia Volunteers, Creek Indian war, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, February 7, 1901.
