CHAP. 269.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to John B. Ritzman. April 23, 1900. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled.*, John B. Ritzman.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John B. Ritzman, late of Company F, Fifth Regiment Iowa Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, April 23, 1900.
