CHAP. 268.— An Act Granting a pension to Elizabeth Beesley. February 7, 1901. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Elizabeth Beesley.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Elizabeth Beesley, widow of Florella M. Kelsey, late captain of Company A, Ninth Regiment Iowa Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month. Approved, February 7, 1901.
