CHAP. 267.— An Act Granting a pension to Elizabeth B. McClellan. February 7, 1901. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Elizabeth B. McClellan.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Elizabeth B. McClellan, former widow of James McClellan, late of Company F, One hundred and ninety-fifth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, February 7, 1901.
