CHAP. 263.— An Act Granting a pension to Henrietta Cummins. April 23, 1900. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theHenrietta Cummins.Pension. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Henrietta Cummins, widow of Vincent Cummins, late captain of Company H, Seventy-second Regiment Enrolled Missouri Militia, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month. Approved, April 23, 1900.
