CHAP. 248.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Franklin I. Gilbert. February 7, 1901. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America, in Congress assembled*, Franklin I. Gilbert.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Franklin I. Gilbert, late of Company D, One hundred and seventy-sixth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of seventeen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, February 7, 1901.
