CHAP. 241.— An Act To correct the military record of Lieutenant Edward B. Howard. February 7, 1901. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Lieut. Edward B. Howard.Granted honorable discharge. That the Secretary of War be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to amend the military record of Lieutenant Edward B. Howard, Company G, Fourteenth New Hampshire Volunteers, and grant him an honorable discharge as *Proviso.*No pay. etc.,of May first, eighteen hundred and sixty-five: *Provided*, That no pay, bounty, or other emoluments shall become due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act.
