CHAP. 234.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Matthew McDonald. February 7, 1901. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Matthew McDonald.Pension increased That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 1679laws, the name of Matthew McDonald, late of Company L, Eighty-third Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, February 7, 1901.
