CHAP. 228.— An Act Granting a pension to Martha McSwain. February 7, 1901. *Be it enacted by the Senate an d House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theMartha McSwain.Pension. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Martha McSwain, widow of William McSwain, late of Company F, Twenty-sixth Regiment Enrolled Missouri Militia, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, February 7, 1901.
