CHAP. 214.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Alvin N. Sabin. February 5, 1901. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theAlvin N. Sabin.Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Alvin N. Sabin, late first lieutenant Company K, and captain Company C, Fifth Regiment Michigan Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, February 5, 1901.
