CHAP. 209.— An Act Granting a pension to Sayer Jensen. February 5, 1901. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Sayer Jensen.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Sayer Jensen, late of Company G, First Regiment South Dakota Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month. Approved, February 5, 1901.
