CHAP. 201.— An Act For the promotion and retirement of Passed Assistant Surgeon John F. Bransford, of the United States Navy. February 5, 1901. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, John F. Bransford.Promotion, etc., as passed assistant surgeon in Navy authorized. That the President be, and is hereby, authorized and empowered to appoint Passed Assistant Surgeon John F. Bransford a surgeon in the Navy of the United States, and then place the name of said Bransford on the retired list thereof. Approved, February 5, 1901.
