CHAP. 199.— An Act Granting a pension to Fanny M. Hays. April 17, 1900. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Fanny M. Hays.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Fanny M. Hays, widow of John B. Hays, late captain and brevet major, Nineteenth Regiment United States Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month. Approved, April 17, 1900.
