CHAP. 189.— An Act To amend the law establishing a port of delivery at Des Moines, Iowa. February 1, 1901. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That section two of an Act Des Moines, Iowa.Surveyor of customs.Vol. 27, p. 14.entitled “An Act establishing a port of delivery at Des Moines, Iowa,” approved April seventh, eighteen hundred and ninety-two, be, and is hereby, amended by striking out after the word “port,” in said section, the words “whose salary shall be the usual fees and commissions,” so as to read as follows:
" “Sec. 2. That there shall be appointed a surveyor of customs, to reside at said port.” " Approved, February 1, 1901.
