CHAP. 176.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Maria Andrews. April 4, 1900. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the Secretary of theMaria Andrews.Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Maria Andrews, widow of George Andrews, late private, Company K, Eighty-fifth Illinois Volunteers, and pay her a pension at, the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving: *Provided,* That in the event of the death of thePension.—duration. helpless son.
Willie, the pension of the said Maria Andrews shall continue at the rate of twelve dollars per month, only, from and after the date of the death of said son. Approved, April 4, 1900.
