CHAP. 172.— An Act Granting a pension to Ella F. Sydnor. April 4, 1900. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Ella F. Sydnor.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Ella F. Sydnor, a nurse in the hospital of the Army of the United States at Winchester, Virginia, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, April 4, 1900.
