CHAP. 171.— An Act Granting a pension to Erie E. Farmer. January 25, 1901. *Be it enacted by the Senate, and House of Representatives of the United, States of America in Congress assembled*, Erie E. Farmer.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Erie E. Farmer, widow of Henry Farmer, late of Captain Chile’s company, Second Regiment Tennessee Volunteer Mounted Infantry. Cherokee Indian war, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, January 25, 1901.
