CHAP. 171.— An Act Granting a pension to Jane Dykes. April 4, 1900. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Jane Dykes.Pension. That the Secretary of the. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Jane Dykes, dependent mother of John B. and George Dykes, late privates of Company B, Third Regiment Tennessee Volunteer Mounted Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, April 4, 1900.
