CHAP. 161.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Jane McMahon. April 4, 1900. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Jane McMahon.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Jane McMahon, widow of Bernard J. McMahon, ate captain Companies F and C, Seventy-first Pennsylvania Infantry, and sergeant, Company G, Fifth United States Artillery, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of the pension she is now receiving.
