CHAP. 150.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Edyth M. Muck. January 23, 1901. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theEdyth M. Muck.Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Edyth M. Muck, widow of Anthony Muck, late captain Company I, Forty-fourth Regiment Missouri Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving: *Provided*, That in the event of the*Proviso.*—condition. death of James M.
Muck, the blind and dependent son of said Anthony Muck, the additional pension herein granted shall cease and determine. Approved, January 23, 1901.
