CHAP. 148.— An Act Granting a pension to Hester A. Phillips. January 23, 1901. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theHester A. Phillips.Pension. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Hester A. Phillips, widow of Benjamin B. Phillips, late of Company K. Sixth Regiment Delaware Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, January 23, 1901.
