CHAP. 142.— An Act Granting a pension to Lona A. Morgan. April 2, 1900. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representative of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theLoua A. Morgan.Pension. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Loua A. Morgan, dependent son of Alfred V. Morgan, late a private in Company I, One hundred and fifty-fifth Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month, payable to his legally constituted guardian. Approved, April 2, 1900.
