CHAP. 141.— An Act Granting a pension to Sarah Potter. April 2, 1900. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Sarah Potter.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Sarah Potter, permanently helpless daughter of 1489Andrew Potter, deceased, late of Company K, Eighth Michigan Volunteer Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, April 2, 1900.
