CHAP. 137.— An Act Granting a pension to James L. Whidden. April 2, 1900. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, James L. Whidden.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior is hereby authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of James L. Whidden, late of Captain Hooker’s company, Florida Seminole Indian war of eighteen hundred and fifty-six, eighteen hundred and fifty-seven, and eighteen hundred and fifty-eight, and pay him a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, April 2, 1900.
