CHAP. 134.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Lunsford Ellis. January 23, 1901. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Lunsford Ellis.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Lunsford Ellis, late of Companies C and L. Eighth Regiment Provisional Enrolled Missouri Militia Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, January 23, 1901.
