CHAP. 131.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to John W. Brisbois. April 2, 1900. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, John W. Brisbois.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John W. Brisbois, late private of Company A, Third Iowa Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month; and same shall be paid him under the rules of the Pension Office as to mode and times of payment without any deduction or rebate on account of former alleged overpayments or erroneous payments of pension.
