CHAP. 130.— An Act Granting a pension to Peter Cummings. April 2, 1900. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Peter Cummings.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Peter Cummings, late a private in Company D, Eleventh Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, April 2, 1900.
