CHAP. 122.— An Act Granting a pension to Eliza D. Pennypacker. January 23, 1901. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Eliza D. Pennypacker.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Eliza D. Pennypacker, widow of Nathan A. Pennypacker, late captain Company K, Fourth Regiment Pennsylvania Reserve Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, January 23, 1901.
