CHAP. 121.— An Act Restoring the pension of John R. McCoy. January 23, 1901. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the John R. McCoy.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to restore to the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John R. McCoy, late of Company H. Seventeenth Regiment Iowa Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, January 23, 1901.
