CHAP. 117.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Jasper Pitts. January 23, 1901. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Jasper Pitts.Pension increased. That the Secretary, of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Jasper Pitts, late a private in Company K, Twelfth Regiment, Kansas Volunteer Infantry, at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of the pension now received by him. Approved, January 23, 1901.
