CHAP. 111.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Francis M. Porter. January 23, 1901. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Francis M. Porter.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Francis M. Porter, late of Company L, Seventeenth Regiment Illinois Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month in lieu of that be is now receiving.
