CHAP. 110.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Stephen Johnson. January 23, 1901. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Stephen Johnson.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and be is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the 1655pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Stephen Johnson, late of Company C. One hundred and twenty-ninth Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of seventeen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, January 23, 1901.
