Joy.Pension increased. Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Thaddeus M. Joy, late a sergeant in Battery Twenty-seven, New York Light Artillery, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of the pension now received by him. Approved, February 4, 1899.
